At Vintaire, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a smooth exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

Exchange Process

To exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92-3224131396 or e-mail us at vintairee.store@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, the reason for the exchange and preferred replacement item or size.

After that, customer need to send the shipment back via any courier service to the company's warehouse address for exchange.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
